1.  Price quoted comes with full buffet setup and disposable cutlery.  Disposable cutlery will be provided based on 150% ratio.

2. Food will be served on warmers and melamine plates with serving utensils provided.

3. Duration of Event:  Between 3 to 4 hours. 

4. Food is best consumed within 2.5 hours from delivery time.

5. Last Collection for utensils (for dinner buffets) will be at 10:00pm.  Request for collection of utensils after 10:00pm, a $30.00 surcharge will apply.

6. For deliveries made to CBD area or to walk-up apartment/office building, a compulsory $20.00 surcharge will apply

For Simplicity Menu (Menu A-1 to A-5), food will be served in non-compartmentalized microwaveable containers with disposable cutlery provided.

For Value, Deluxe and Premium Bento Meals (Menu B-series, C-series and D-series), food will be served in compartmentalized disposable Bento Meal Boxes with disposable cutlery provided.

No table setup will be provided.

Payment Terms:

·         Delivery to a Non-Permanent Address (chalet, resort, club, pub, etc), a 50% pre-payment at least 3 days before delivery is required.  The balance payment will be collected on the day of the delivery
